It's official - Nicola's album highlight Sticks + Stones is one of the most moving, emotional songs we've heard in ages. It's also one of the most inspirational. So here's Nicola performing the track on the Album Chart Show (the first time she's ever performed it live on TV in fact) - we think you'll agree it's absolutely beautiful.
Oh, and how cute does Nicola look in that tartan dress - she also shares some interesting info about how she originally wrote part of Sticks + Stones over an Eminem track! She then took to Lorraine's sofa for this adorable interview.
Yo-Yo is released on the 9th January.
