Hip-hop duo Chiddy Bang are back, and with new album Breakfast due out in March, they clearly mean business. New track Ray Charles - the first to be taken from the album - is a perky retro-flavoured mish-mash of piano samples, soulful vocals and as always, Chiddy's characteristic raps.
It's the kind of track to usher in spring with a real bounce in the step; a joyous, authentic slice of old-school rap vibes.
Their debut single Opposite of Adults (that one of MGMT-sampling fame) ended up selling 500,000 copies - in other words, a hell of a lot.
Ray Charles is released on the 27th February.
