Coming up with an immense club smash would be an impressive enough feat for anyone, but when the person in question is only 18, the kudos are even more in order. South London rapper Sneakbo is already riding fast up the Radio 1 playlists with new track The Wave.
Rallying forth out of Brixton's clubs, this brilliant bit of dance inflected grime goes from subtle, subdued beginnings before skyrocketting into an all out club banger. As the freshmen and women of the UK's universities head back for the start of a new term, its tunes like this that are guaranteed to soundtrack many a drunken night of revelery.
Oh, and there's lots of hot-bodied girls dancing around the video, always a plus.
The Wave is released on the 23rd October.
