Labrinth feat.Tinie Tempah - Earthquake

If ever a track was befitting a loud exclamation of TUNE! it'd be Labrinth's long-awaited second single Earthquake. If Let The Sun Shine showcased Labrinth's ear for an incredibly catchy melody, Earthquake shows his inclination for delivering an absolutely filthy bassline.

Earthquake is the kind of track that screams Club Smash from every second of its three and a half minutes duration. With a guest rap from man of the moment Tinie Tempah, it repays the the favour established last year in Tinie's uber-hits Pass Out and Frisky.

I'm not sure what my favourite part of the single is; either the reference to Simon Cowell or the pseudo-monk chants of 'throw bombs on it'. One thing's for certain though, Labrinth has well and truly arrived and Earthquake is one hell of an anthem to announce it with.

Earthquake is released on the 23rd October.
