All The Young - Quiet Night In
Big laddy Britpop choruses - the latest single from All The Young could have been lifted straight from one of those 'Indie hits of the 90s' compilations, and to be perfectly fair, that's no bad thing. Guitar bands who can pen a genuinely uplifting tune are a rare breed these days.
Touching on flavours of the Stone Roses, Embrace and Doves in its earthy, implacable stomp, Quiet Night In is the kind of beer and goodtimes track the likes of The Enemy strived forever to replicate. With the song being hailed as one of Zane Lowe's Hottest Records In The World at the end of August, things look promising for the band.
Recently supporting Hard-Fi, the Courteeners and Morrissey, All The Young have the staying power and talent to stand alongside these greats of British rock.
Quiet Night In is released on the 10th October.
