All Mankind - Can You Hear Me?
When we reviewed All Mankind's brilliant Break The Spell back in May, we were completely won over by their airy brand of well crafted rock - it was a return to the glory days of indie before the market became crowded with copy-cats. Break The Spell didn't try to chase trends, instead it busied itself with just sounding as good as possible - it also packed a killer piano hook.
New single Can You Hear Me? is a more traditional guitar track, but still very much within the veins of The Killers; albeit a latter day version of the band, leaning towards Brandon's solo material. The track also finds the band leaning towards 90s Brit-pop tendencies, recalling the likes of James.
With its big, shout at the top of your voice chorus, Can You Hear Me? makes for another highly promising taster for All Mankind's album.
All Mankind's album Simple Desire, including Can You Hear Me? is available to download on iTunes now.
